About me

I’ve always been driven by a deep love of learning—the kind that doesn’t end in a classroom. That passion led me to earn two Master’s degrees and ultimately, to build a career at the intersection of people, systems, and purpose. I began in customer service and store management, learning how to lead through chaos, earn trust across diverse teams, and navigate complexity with calm and clarity. My MBA sharpened my business instincts, but it was my Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology that gave my work meaning. That’s where I found my space: designing systems that support people—not just productivity. Today, I’m focused on People Analytics, Consulting, and Change Management. I thrive in the space between strategy and human behavior, using both insight and empathy to drive sustainable, measurable change. Whether in a business, a classroom, or behind a counter, I’ve seen the power of a kind word and a well-run system. My mission is to build a career—and one day, a business—centered on creating workplaces that work for people, not just because of them.

Our Core Values

At Work On Purpose, everything begins with authenticity. That means showing up as we are—honest, human, and evolving—and creating space for others to do the same. I believe that real change starts with truth-telling, not trend-chasing, and that integrity matters more than performance metrics. Another core value is intentionality. Whether designing systems, shaping strategy, or holding space for reflection, I approach every project with care and clarity. Nothing here is rushed or recycled. Every client relationship is built on listening deeply, understanding fully, and acting with purpose. I also believe in equity—not just as a concept, but as a practice. That means honoring diverse experiences, questioning systems that exclude, and designing solutions that center people over power. And finally, Work On Purpose is grounded in growth. Not the performative kind, but the real, hard, healing kind—the kind that asks us to pause, reflect, and shift. I don’t offer quick fixes or packaged answers. I offer thoughtful partnership, rooted in the belief that better is always possible, and that we become better together. These values don’t just shape how I work. They shape how I build trust, make decisions, and measure success—not just in outcomes, but in how people feel along the way.

The Work On Purpose Difference

At its core, Work On Purpose exists to bridge the gap between who we are and how we work. Too often, individuals feel disconnected from their roles, and organizations operate in ways that prioritize performance over people. I created this brand to address that disconnect—to help people and teams move from chaos to clarity, from burnout to alignment. The problem isn’t just broken systems; it’s a culture that often overlooks the inner work required to build meaningful, sustainable change. What makes this approach different is how it begins—not with spreadsheets or surface-level fixes, but with intention. With a background in both business and psychology, I bring a unique lens that blends strategic thinking with human insight. I believe that real impact happens when we pay attention to both process and purpose, to outcomes and the people behind them. This isn’t about optimization for optimization’s sake—it’s about helping individuals and organizations show up with integrity, clarity, and care. Work On Purpose isn’t a traditional consulting firm. It’s a mission, a mindset, and a movement toward work that works for people—not just because of them.
