My Purpose
Work On Purpose was created as a space for clarity, the kind of clarity that doesn't arrive in a single moment, but it built slowly through honest reflection and intentional action. My work sits at the intersection of lived experience and disciplined study. I've spent 15 years in front-line leadership, navigating the realities of people, systems, and the day-to-day decisions that shape how work feels. Alongside that, I've pursued a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, where I learned to understand behavior, motivation, and alignment through research and evidence-based practice.
Those two worlds, the practical and the academic, inform everything I build here.
I believe that purpose isn't a destination or a dramatic turning point. It's a direction. It's the quiet, steady work of understanding what matters most
