We often view our workspace as just a background for our tasks. However, in my research on workload intensity, I've found that our environment is a "job resource" that can either deplete us or sustain us.

The Cost of Friction

When your environment is cluttered or your digital tools are fragmented, you are forced to spend cognitive energy to simply navigate the mess. This is a hidden demand that leads to operational inaccuracies. 

Designing for Intent

Creating a sanctuary isn't about luxury; it's about alignment. It means designing a space that protects your focus and honors your dignity.
